MENU 1

1 hour cocktail.
Roasted sea bass loin with green rice.
Crispy iberian sirloin medallions with sauce, corn on the cob and fresh sprouts.

MENU 2

1 hour cocktail.
Prawn salad on tropical fruit and raspberry vinaigrette.
Beef cheek with potato parmentier and caramelized pepper.

MENU 3

1 hour cocktail.
Sea bream round with seafood.
Iberian pork marinated at low temperature with mashed sweet potato and carrot, roasted avocado panko (sauce to choose).

MENU 4

1 hour cocktail.
Confited hake with potatoes in its juice and garlic and basil mousseline.
Sirloin Wellington with sweet potato emulsion and vegetable chips to the point of salt (sauce to choose).

MENU 5

1 hour cocktail .
Lobster salad with avocado, mango, tomato and mango chutney.
Beef tenderloin with foie On braised apple with wedge potatoes and asparagus (sauce to choose).

CHILDREN MENU

(Up to 12 years old) It can be chosen from:
Breaded chicken escalope with chips.
Mix of croquettes, chicken nuggets and mini ham pizzas.
Chicken fingers with chips.
Dessert.
Water, juices and soft drinks.

WEDDING MIX MENU

One hour and thirty minutes of snacks, including the varieties of a wedding reception and:

3 variety cheese buffet.
Iberian stand.

Other stands to choose between:

Fried fish stand for 30 minutes.
Salad corner.
Raw vegetables stand.
Heineken stand.
Stand of 4 varieties of croquettes for 30 minutes.

OPEN BAR

It will have a maximum service duration of up to 6:00am at evening events and until midnight at noon events.

It can be contracted:

20€ per adull: 3 hours of open bar. Possibility of extending hours (consult)

25€ per adult: 3 hours of open bar. Possibility of extending hours (consult)

The open bar can be contracled for up to a maximum of 6 hours, fulfilling the conditions day or night event and in exceptional cases consult other options.

All extensions must be consulted and approved by the management of Hacienda Las Fuentes.

Beverages included are conventional brands, premium brands at consult.
